Teen Parents

The South Lane School District Teen Parent Program serves students who are pregnant or parenting. Students are served in classes or individually. The Teen Parent Program is a year-round program providing support and advocacy for teens in the South Lane School District area.

The South Lane School District Teen Parent Program provides:

  • Development of life skills that lead to self-sufficiency and the development of self-advocacy
  • Referrals to medical, pregnancy support, domestic violence support, child abuse prevention programs, housing and emergency assistance with food, diapers, and personal supplies
  • Networking and peer support
  • School advocacy
